Originally from New York City, my academic training was in the sciences; specifically astrophysics which I majored in at Columbia University. In the early eighties I became involved in the emerging computer industry of which I have been a part ever since. Iíve held IT management positions at Xerox, Kodak, Sun Micro Systems and helped implement the IT infrastructures for many of the largest news and magazine publishers in NYC including The NY Times, The NY Post, The New York Daily News, Time/Life Magazine, People Magazine, Sports Illustrated just to mention a few.

However, the common thread in my life since high school has been my passion for photography. My recent work focuses on New York Cityís emerging architectural landscape offering a unique perspective on the geometric landscape it creates. I also very much enjoy landscape and nature photography as it rounds out my photography experience. Iíd like to say I donít photograph things but rather how they make me feel.
Technically I strive for the perfect photo without compromising the all important mood I am trying to convey. In the end its an expression of how I see the world, and, in a way, a very good way to get to know me.
